TV.
Random pixel art I did in Photoshop today. Might do more later, might not.
Just got to play an hour or two of Operation Raccoon City on PC. It’s such a console port, they didn’t even bother changing some of the wording or icons from the 360 version lol. Still, not a bad port.
Although the game isn’t great overall, the combat is very fluid. I like the engine they’re using, Hexane. It’s a smooth shooter; cover system feels natural. Also, the character designs are pretty good, though the level design is amateur (stupid mistakes in level design that devs would have made ten years ago, but shouldn’t today).
ORC is fun to play, but the lack of features, the haphazard plot and cinematics, and general lack of polish over the whole game brings it down. Plus, for being so multiplayer-focused, I still don’t understand why they couldn’t at least incorporate LAN (splitscreen would be asking too much /sarcasm). Limiting a MULTIPLAYER-centric game to online-only shows to me how little they care about the players.
There should be an offshoot Mass Effect game that stars Garrus. Garrus and Tali. They just go kick ass and solve cases for C-Sec. Makes no sense but it’s BRILLIANT.
fuckyeahFemShep. Click the picture to plot your mass relay jump for my review of Mass Effect 1 and 2.

Just finished rendering an epic video I recorded spur-of-the-moment last night, and will add to my blog post when that is done. I recorded the last 40 minutes of Mass Effect 2 - 1080p, Veteran difficulty, everyone survives. Oh, and FemShep. :3 My hard drives did not like me for a while until I deleted like 120 gigs of that raw footage lol. Should be up as soon as whenever.
Beat Mass Effect 2. Veteran difficulty was WAY too easy. Didn’t save everyone. Going to load a previous save and try again. Nevertheless, overlooking some annoying glitches, that is one of the most well-crafted games I’ve ever played. I tend to say that about BioWare games, though few of their recent ones. ME2 was a delightful exception.
